• Within Australia: free on orders over A$100호주 국내: A$100 이상 주문 시 무료배송
• To Korea: free on orders over A$200한국 배송: A$200 이상 주문 시 무료배송

Orders below these amounts are charged at the rate shown at checkout, which is calculated from the delivery address and parcel weight.

기준 금액 미만의 주문은 결제 시 표시되는 배송비가 부과되며, 배송지 주소와 소포 무게를 기준으로 산정됩니다.

Dispatch 출고 안내

Orders placed before 8am AEST on a business day are usually processed and dispatched the next day, subject to stock availability.

영업일 오전 8시(AEST) 이전에 접수된 주문은 재고가 있는 경우 보통 다음 날 처리 및 출고됩니다.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking 배송 조회

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can check progress at any time by entering your LX Pantos waybill number on the Order Status page.

소포가 출고되는 즉시 이메일로 운송장 번호를 보내드립니다. LX판토스 운송장 번호를 배송 조회 페이지에 입력하시면 언제든지 진행 상황을 확인하실 수 있습니다.

Customs and duties on Korean orders 한국 배송 통관 및 관세 안내

Shipments to Korea are subject to Korean customs rules. Personal-use clearance requires the recipient's personal customs clearance code (개인통관고유부호) — please enter it in your cart before checkout, as parcels cannot be cleared without it. Any duties or taxes assessed by Korean customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

한국으로 발송되는 상품은 한국 관세청의 통관 규정을 따릅니다. 개인 사용 목적의 통관에는 수령인의 개인통관고유부호가 반드시 필요하므로 장바구니에서 결제 전에 입력해 주시기 바랍니다. 부호가 없으면 통관이 진행되지 않습니다. 한국 세관에서 부과하는 관세 및 세금은 수령인 부담입니다.
