KostraMall (kostramall.com), operated by Kostra Pty Ltd, operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). KostraMall is powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for customers in Australia, and with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea for customers in Korea (see the Korean section below).

Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. Information you submit will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. Kostra Pty Ltd가 운영하는 코스트라 몰(kostramall.com)(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
회사는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 변경되는 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다. (1) 홈페이지 회원가입 및 관리: 가입의사 확인, 본인 식별·인증, 회원자격 유지·관리, 부정이용 방지, 만 14세 미만 아동 처리 시 법정대리인 동의 확인, 각종 고지·통지, 고충처리. (2) 재화 또는 서비스 제공: 콘텐츠 제공, 구매 및 요금 결제, 물품배송·청구서 발송, 맞춤서비스 제공. (3) 마케팅 및 광고 활용: 이벤트·광고성 정보 제공 및 참여기회 제공, 접속빈도 파악, 서비스 이용 통계.
2. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간
(1) 회사는 동의받은 보유·이용기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유하며, 목적 달성 또는 해지 요청 시 지체없이 파기합니다. ① 회원가입 및 관리: 회원탈퇴 시까지 ② 재화·서비스 제공: 공급완료 및 결제·정산 시까지. (2) 단, 관계법령에 따라 다음 기간 동안 보관합니다: ① 계약 또는 청약철회 기록 5년, ② 대금결제 및 재화 공급 기록 5년, ③ 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록 3년(이상 전자상거래법), ④ 표시·광고 기록 6개월(전자상거래법), ⑤ 서비스 방문 기록 3개월(통신비밀보호법).
3. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 방법
(1) ① 일반 회원가입 시 필수: 아이디, 비밀번호, 이름, 이메일, 휴대전화, 생년월일, (만 14세 미만 가입자의 경우) 법정대리인 정보 / 선택: 성별. ② 상품 주문 시 필수: 주문 정보(이름, 이메일, 휴대전화), 배송 정보(이름, 주소, 휴대전화), (비회원 주문 시) 주문 조회 비밀번호 / 선택: 일반전화. ③ 카카오 간편 로그인: 이름(필수). ④ 네이버 간편 로그인: 아이디, 이름, 이메일(필수), 별명·생일(선택). ⑤ 서비스 이용 과정에서 이용기록, 접속로그, 쿠키, 접속IP, 결제기록, 이용정지·불량이용 기록이 생성·수집될 수 있습니다. (2) 수집 방법: 홈페이지, 서면양식, 게시판, 이메일, 이벤트 응모, 배송요청, 전화, 팩스, 제휴사 제공, 생성정보 수집 툴.
4. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리
(1) 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집할 때 법정대리인의 동의를 얻어 필요 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다. (2) 법정대리인 동의 확인은 휴대전화 문자 통지, 카드정보 제공, 휴대전화 본인인증, 서면·우편·팩스, 전자우편, 전화 안내 등 법령이 정한 방법으로 확인합니다.
5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
(1) 회사는 개인정보를 제1조의 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조·제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 제3자에게 제공합니다. (2) 재난, 감염병, 급박한 생명·신체 위험, 급박한 재산 손실 등 긴급상황 발생 시 「긴급상황 시 개인정보 처리 및 보호수칙」에 따라 동의 없이 관계기관에 제공할 수 있습니다.
6. 개인정보처리의 위탁
(1) 회사는 원활한 업무처리를 위해 다음과 같이 위탁하고 있습니다: ① Shopify Inc. — 쇼핑몰 플랫폼 제공·운영, 주문 처리, 회원관리, 시스템 유지·보수, 데이터 저장 및 보안 관리. ② 우체국 택배 및 기타 계약 택배사 — 국내외 상품 배송, 배송 조회, 보관·포장·출고 대행. ③ KPOS — 전자결제(PG) 서비스, 결제 승인·취소, 결제 정보 처리. (2) 위탁계약 체결 시 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조에 따라 목적 외 처리 금지, 보호조치, 재위탁 제한, 관리·감독, 손해배상 등을 문서에 명시하고 수탁자를 감독합니다. (3) 위탁업무·수탁자 변경 시 지체없이 본 방침을 통해 공개합니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 파기방법
(1) 보유기간 경과·목적 달성 후에도 다른 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 경우 별도 DB 또는 보관장소를 달리하여 보존합니다. (2) 전자적 파일은 재생 불가능한 기술적 방법으로, 종이 출력물은 분쇄·소각하여 파기합니다.
8. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사방법
(1) 정보주체는 언제든지 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. (2) 회원정보 수정·회원탈퇴 기능을 통해 직접 처리하거나, (3) 개인정보 보호책임자에게 서면·전화·이메일로 연락하면 지체없이 조치합니다. (4) 대리인 행사 시 위임장을 제출해야 합니다. (5) 권리 행사는 「개인정보 보호법」 제35조 제4항, 제37조 제2항에 의해 제한될 수 있습니다. (6) 회사는 요구자가 본인 또는 정당한 대리인인지 확인합니다.
9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치
(1) 관리적 조치: 내부관리계획 수립·시행, 전담조직 운영, 정기 직원 교육. (2) 기술적 조치: 접근권한 관리, 접근통제시스템, 개인정보 암호화, 보안프로그램 설치·갱신. (3) 물리적 조치: 전산실·자료보관실 접근통제.
10. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부
